Poway Healthcare Center in Poway, CA is seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to lead the nursing staff and coordinate daily resident care.

You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, supervise nursing assistants, oversee charting and medication administration, participate in quality assurance activities, and communicate with families and the interdisciplinary team to maintain the highest standard of care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license and be licensed to practice in the state.
• Demonstrated leadership of a nursing team and oversight of nursing assistants.
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards, regulations, and quality assurance.

Responsabilités

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.
• Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by this facility.
• Participate in facility surveys and quality assurance activities to improve care.
