Qualifications
- Current LVN/LPN license valid in Texas.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with IDD and behavioral health preferred.
- CPR certification and basic life support knowledge.
Responsabilités
- Administer medications and treatments per policies and procedures.
- Monitor health conditions, treatments, and responses to care.
- Document observations in EHRs or paper charts clearly.
- Communicate patient information to the care team accurately.
- Respond to emergencies following safety protocols.
- Collect specimens for lab testing when requested.
- Educate residents on health goals and care needs.
- Assist with turning/repositioning to aid treatments.
- Maintain supplies and complete medical records.
