You will administer medications, monitor health conditions, document observations, and coordinate with the healthcare team. Licensure in Texas (or a Nurse Licensure Compact state) is required; weekend rotation is included and start date is November 16, 2026.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a Texas LVN license or a license from a compact state.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with IDD and psychiatric conditions preferred.

Aufgaben

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols.
• Perform nursing procedures following state regulations after competency is established.
• Monitor health conditions and document observations and treatments.
• Communicate clinical information to the healthcare team.
• Respond to emergencies and follow infection control procedures.
• Collect specimens and perform authorized screening tests when requested.
• Provide health education and support health goals.
• Assist with repositioning for treatments.
• Maintain nursing supplies and medical records (EHR or paper).
• Follow attendance policies and rotating schedules.
