Job summary

AvaMed Workforce is seeking an LVN/LPN III for a contract assignment at the San Angelo State Supported Living Center (Texas HHSC). The role supports resident care and state-regulated nursing services on site.

Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, performing nursing procedures, documenting observations in EHR/paper charts, responding to emergencies, collecting specimens, and maintaining safety and infection control.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (or NLC compact).
• Current AHA CPR certification.
• Negative PPD within 12 months; COVID-19 test.
• Pass drug screen, background check and FBI fingerprints.
• EHR skills and IDD/psych experience preferred.
