Job summary

MRINetwork seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a residential facility in West Texas (San Angelo, TX). You will provide hands-on nursing care, assist with medications, conduct health assessments, support vaccination/testing, and document all activities under individualized care plans.

Required are an active Texas LVN/LPN license and CPR. 2+ years in acute care/LTC/public health preferred; behavioral health experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN/LPN license required.
• 2+ years’ experience in acute care, LTC, public health, or clinic settings preferred.
• Behavioral health or dual-diagnosis experience a plus.
• CPR (AHA) certification required.
• Must pass drug screen and background/FBI fingerprint checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on nursing care and assist with medications.
• Perform health assessments and document care activities.
• Support vaccination and testing efforts and follow care plans with the clinical team.

What You’ll Do: As an LVN, you’ll provide hands‑on nursing care, assist with medications, perform health assessments, support vaccination/testing efforts, and document all care activities. You’ll work closely with a clinical team to follow individualized care plans.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Texas LVN/LPN license
• 2+ years’ experience in acute care, LTC, public health, or clinic settings preferred
• Behavioral health or dual-diagnosis experience is a plus
• CPR (AHA), photo ID, recent PPD, and COVID-19 card (if applicable)
• Must pass drug screen, background check & FBI fingerprinting

Schedule: Mon–Fri first 4 weeks, then rotating; every 3rd weekend off
40 hours/week | All onboarding must be completed before start
