Mmprx is seeking a Full-Time LTC Staff Pharmacist for our Evening Shift team in Crestwood, Illinois. This role requires a current Illinois Pharmacist License and experience in long-term care pharmacy. You will manage medication reviews and ensure accurate dispensing.

Qualifications

• Current, and in good standing, Illinois Pharmacist License.
• Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred.
• Able to multitask and work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and identify prescription orders.
• Verify prescription order entry in the computer system.
• Perform prospective drug utilization reviews.
• Final check on dispensed prescription products.
• Correspond with medical and nursing staff.
• Achieve productivity and quality requirements.
