Qualifications

• Must hold LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Practices nursing care within the scope of licensure and in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act.
• Cooperates with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Administers medications and monitors IVs/treatments as ordered.
• May initiate IV therapy if IV-certified.
• Maintains documentation in EMR per policy.
• Ensures safety and a functional environment for residents.
• Oversees staff to meet EverTrue standards of care and services.
• Reports incidents per state and federal regulations.
• Performs additional duties as required by supervision.
