Job summary
Rivers Edge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Kentucky is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to lead our nursing team. This leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, staff development, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Kentucky required or in process.
- BSN preferred with supervisory experience in healthcare.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage nursing staff according to standards and policies.
- Coordinate patient care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
- Evaluate nursing activities to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient services.
- Monitor patient care quality and assist with patient care as needed.
- Respond to complex, urgent, or emergent situations.
- Act as a liaison between staff, physicians, and other departments to facilitate effective communication.
- Mentor and develop nursing staff, promoting professional growth and training.
