Creekwoodnr in Russellville, KY is seeking an experienced LPN/RN Evening Supervisor to oversee evening nursing operations, mentor staff, and ensure resident-centered care in a 104-bed skilled community.

The role requires LTC/management experience and an active LPN or RN license; we offer shift differentials, DailyPay, tuition reimbursement, retirement plan, uniforms, and PTO with accruals.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license.
• LTC and Management experience required.
• Evening supervisor role requires leadership and oversight of nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the nursing service department.
• Develop, update, and enforce policies and procedures for daily operations.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
• Determine staffing needs and supervise scheduling within state guidelines.
• Ensure direct nursing care is delivered by licensed staff or qualified aides.
• Review nursing notes for accuracy and resident response to care.
• Incorporate training materials into in-service programs.
• Lead in-service educational program goals and objectives.
