Qualifications

Holds an LPN license in good standing from PA.
Experience in Skilled Nursing and Dementia Care preferred.
Able to work well with people and stay motivated.
Self-directed with strong time management and priorities.
Contribute to resident-focused care and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

Coordinates, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for residents.
Provides leadership to CNAs and other caregivers under RN supervision.
May be designated Team Leader of a nursing unit.
