Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Southmont area on our Washington, PA campus. The role offers full-time, part-time, and casual schedules with hourly pay of $25.50–$34.00 and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employment.

The LPN coordinates, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for residents, providing leadership to CNAs and other caregivers while collaborating with an RN Supervisor as needed, in a resident-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Holds a PA LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing and Dementia Care is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a designated group of residents.
• Provide leadership to CNAs and other caregivers to deliver high-quality care.
• Collaborate with an RN Supervisor as needed and support apprenticeship/mentorship when available.
