Job summary

Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Schuylkill Haven, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for evening and night shifts. Full-time and part-time positions available.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus and same-day pay are offered to join our compassionate healthcare team. You will administer medications, perform wound care, monitor vitals, and contribute to individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Prior experience preferred.
• Graduate Nurses welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the primary care physician and other members of the healthcare team.
• Participate in in-service education to stay up-to-date on clinical practices.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient satisfaction and family-centered care.
