Job summary

Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time evening shifts (2:00pm–10:30pm) at our 79-bed long-term care facility. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to deliver resident care under RN supervision, with rotating weekends and holidays and a sign-on bonus if eligible.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in Minnesota.
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; document resident care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support resident health and safety.
