Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking an LPN to provide professional nursing care in a long-term care setting. You will work under supervision within an interdisciplinary team, administer medications, and support residents according to care plans.

Qualifications include an acute care LPN license in Minnesota; an associate degree is preferred. Full-time schedule includes evening/night shifts with incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license.
• An associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• If IV therapy is required, ensure state requirements are met per licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident care, observations and outcomes; maintain confidentiality.
