Job summary

Golfview Nursing Center is seeking an experienced LPN/RN Evening Shift Supervisor to lead the nursing team on the 3 PM – 11 PM shift. The role emphasizes strong leadership, effective communication, and commitment to high-quality resident care.

The supervisor will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, and maintain a safe environment for residents and staff. On-call rotation is required one week per month.

Qualifications

• Current, active Florida LPN or RN license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Prior supervisory or nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee evening nursing operations from 3 PM to 11 PM.
• Supervise LPNs, RNs, and CNAs on shift.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and reporting.
• Manage admissions, discharges and resident transfers.
• Participate in on-call rotation and staffing coverage.
