Homewood Living Frederick is seeking an experienced LPN for the evening shift on a part-time basis. You will administer medications, document care, and support day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality resident care.

In this role, you will delegate tasks to nursing assistants, participate in care planning, and assess the physical and psychological needs of residents while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all policies.

Formación

• Must have a current and valid LPN license in the state where care is provided.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English well.
• Physical capacity to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds during shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per nursing protocol.
• Maintains accurate records of medical and nursing care.
• Assigns and supervises daily care tasks to Nursing Assistants and Hospitality Aides.
• Transcribes and executes physicians' orders and assists visits.
• Participates in resident care planning and evaluates resident needs.
