Homewood Living Frederick is seeking a dedicated LPN for a weekend-alternative, part-time role with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

You’ll administer medications, document care, and coordinate with Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality resident care while maintaining accurate records and following physician orders. A supportive team environment and opportunities for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license for the state of care.
• Ability to read, write and understand English well.
• Weekend alternative schedule requires flexibility and dependability.

Responsabilités

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per nursing techniques.
• Maintains accurate medical/nursing records of residents.
• Assigns daily care duties to Nursing Assistants and Hospitality Aides and monitors delivery of care.
• Transcribes and executes physician orders and assists with visits.
• Participates in resident care planning and evaluates residents’ needs.
• Assists with admissions and discharges and supports staff in care delivery.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident information and adheres to policies.
