Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for part-time evening shifts in a 79-bed long-term care facility. You will perform nursing duties under supervision, support residents’ health, and ensure safety and confidentiality within the care team.

The role offers evening hours, rotating weekends/holidays, a $5,000 sign-on bonus eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package. Must hold an MN LPN license and be committed to resident-focused care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long term care.
• Demonstrate nursing knowledge and apply age/population appropriate standards.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document interactions.
