Good Samaritan - Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN/on-call shifts. You will provide nursing care in a 79-bed long-term facility, administer medications, and participate in an inter-disciplinary team to support residents.

Evening and weekend rotations are required, with shift differentials available. Qualified candidates must hold MN LPN licensure, graduate from an accredited program, and have clinical experience across the lifespan.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program with LPN license.
• Current unencumbered LPN license in Minnesota.
• Clinical experience across the lifespan or at least 400 hours as an LPN is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes; maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being.

Education
