Job summary
Good Samaritan Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN/on-call shifts. You will provide professional nursing care in a long-term care setting, under supervision of a RN or physician, with duties including medication administration and care planning.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and be licensed as an LPN.
- Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
- Unencumbered LPN license with state board; multi-state licensure helpful.
- If IV therapy is required, ND rules apply (specific training/certification).
- Annual CEU and competency training as required by the department.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document resident interactions and care outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support residents.
