Benchmark Senior Living's Crescent Point at Niantic is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 2nd shift (4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.). You will deliver nursing care in a warm, home-like setting and join a team dedicated to resident well-being.

Requirements include CT LPN license and CPR, with 1–2 years of experience preferred; elder care experience is desirable. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Current state LPN license and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with the elderly is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Assess, document, and monitor residents’ status.
• Observe and report changes to care team per state regulations.
• Direct and supervise daily tasks of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead RCAs in all job aspects.
• Coordinate care with providers via case management.
• Balance service demands with resident independence.
• Prevent elder abuse and report as required by state regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and call systems.
