Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening shift nursing team in Northport, Alabama. This full-time position offers competitive base pay, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and benefits including health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Current Alabama LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and oversee resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
