Job summary

TaraVista is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Devens, MA for a 32-hour evening shift (3:00p - 11:30p) with weekend and holiday rotation. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver direct care to patients with psychiatric and substance use needs, supporting families and contributing to a healing environment.

MA-licensed LPNs with CPR certification, knowledge of behavioral health, and inpatient care experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an LPN in Massachusetts (MA).
• CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use treatment modalities.
• Ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Experience in psychiatric or substance use inpatient care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients in psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment.
• Support patients and families; contribute to team decision-making.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in TaraVista's principles.
• Work under the direction of the RN to ensure quality care.
