Job summary

TaraVista in Devens, MA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time evening shifts. You will join a multidisciplinary team to deliver direct care to patients with behavioral health and substance use treatment.

The LPN works under the RN and helps maintain a safe, therapeutic milieu in a compassionate setting. Requirements include MA LPN license and CPR, with preferred experience in psychiatric inpatient care, de-escalation, and crisis intervention.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN by the State of Massachusetts.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use treatment modalities.
• Ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Experience in psychiatric or substance use inpatient care, restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients within psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment.
• Support patients and families as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu aligned with TaraVista’s core principles.
• Work under the direction of the RN.
