Job summary

TaraVista Behavioral Health in Devens, Massachusetts seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time 32-hour evening shift (3:00p - 11:30p) with weekend and holiday rotation. You’ll provide direct care in a multidisciplinary team focused on psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment, contributing to a safe, therapeutic milieu under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts LPN license is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorders treatment modalities.
• Ability to develop therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Experience in psychiatric or substance use inpatient care, restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention preferred.
