Job summary

TaraVista Behavioral Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our child inpatient behavioral health program in Devens, MA. The part-time day shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) includes weekend and holiday rotation.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide direct care to patients and support families in a therapeutic setting. The LPN ensures a safe milieu under RN supervision, applies behavioral health treatment modalities, and helps de-escalate crises while maintaining

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment modalities.
• Ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Previous experience in psychiatric or substance use inpatient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients with psychiatric, emotional, and substance use needs.
• Support the multidisciplinary treatment team and advocate for patients and families.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).
