Job summary

TaraVista in Devens, Massachusetts, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its multidisciplinary treatment team. You will provide direct care for patients with psychiatric, emotional, and substance use disorders, working the 32-hour evening shift 3:00p–11:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation.

The LPN works under an RN, maintains a safe therapeutic milieu, and supports families while upholding TaraVista's core principles.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts LPN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with behavioral health and substance use disorders preferred.
• Ability to build therapeutic relationships while maintaining boundaries.
• Previous inpatient experience in psychiatry or SUD settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients in psychiatric and substance use treatment.
• Support families and contribute to a safe therapeutic milieu.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team under RN supervision.
