Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Florida is seeking an experienced LPN for the Evening Shift to provide high-quality nursing care to residents. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.

You will develop individualized care plans with our interdisciplinary team and maintain comprehensive documentation to track patient progress. A licensed Florida LPN is required, with a high school diploma or equivalent; degrees beyond that are a plus.

Qualifications

• Florida LPN license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities
