We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening shift team.

About the Role:

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and progress

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes

• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

Job Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Florida

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
