Job summary

Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth, FL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor for the evening shift to lead the nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs while coordinating care with physicians and therapists in a fast-paced setting.

You will also maintain accurate records, drive improvements in care, mentor staff, and uphold a culture of compassion and respect.

Qualifications

• RN license in Florida (active)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Clinical expertise in wound care, respiratory therapy, and medication management

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of high-quality patient care on the evening shift.
• Supervise Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams including physicians and therapists.
• Maintain accurate records and charting.
• Identify and address areas for improvement in patient care and implement changes.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Contribute to a culture of patient-centered care, compassion, and respect
