Job summary

Qualifications

• LPN license with Connecticut active status; at least 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred for this role.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain upon employment.
• Solid knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice for high-level patient care.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and ability to educate patients as appropriate.
• Demonstrated HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in practice.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients walk-in and call-in to determine care needs.
• Support Providers in encounters; assist with procedures including nebulizers, ear lavages, injections, vaccines.
• Conduct Nurse Visits for vaccine administration.
• Take vitals when necessary.
