Job summary

The LPN will support the Community Health Center vaccine clinic, delivering efficient, patient-centered vaccination services within a family practice setting. You will triage, teach health maintenance, and administer vaccines and medications while coordinating with nursing staff to maintain high standards of care.

You will also assist providers with prescription management and controlled substance coordination as needed, ensuring safe and compliant clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing; AS or BS in nursing preferred.
• Two years full-time professional nursing experience or part-time equivalent.
• Massachusetts LPN licensure; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care in a family practice vaccine clinic.
• Triage patients, deliver health maintenance teaching, and administer vaccines/medications.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, medical assistants, and providers to ensure high‑quality care.
• Support providers with prescriptions and controlled substance management as needed.
