Job summary

Cove Forge Behavioral Health Center in Williamsburg, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care within our adult substance use treatment program. The role emphasizes patient safety, empathetic communication, and adherence to nursing standards, with supervision by RNs and physicians.

We welcome new graduates and offer a $20,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, evening shifts (3p–11p).

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• CPR certification required; de-escalation/restraint training preferred (training available on hire).
• One or more years of nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and provide basic nursing care following the care plan.
• Maintain patient safety and document progress and symptoms.
• Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to ensure patient needs are met.
• Administer medications per orders and policies.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
• Uphold professional nursing standards and facility policies.
