Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program.
• Current and active North Carolina LPN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments within LPN scope.
• Monitor residents and communicate concerns to the healthcare team.
• Document health information and contribute to care planning.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other staff.
