The Greens at Lincolnton is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Lincolnton, NC. We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires, competitive pay based on experience, and multiple shift options including 8-hour evening shifts.

Qualifikationen

Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program.
Current and active North Carolina LPN license.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

Provide compassionate nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
Administer medications and treatments within LPN scope.
Monitor residents and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
Document health information and contribute to care planning in EHR.
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians and other care staff.
Guide and support CNAs and other team members.
