Job summary

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program.
Current and active North Carolina RN license.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred, but not required.
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care per individualized resident care plans.
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately.
Coordinate nursing care to promote resident safety, comfort, and positive clinical outcomes.
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation using EHR.
