The Greens at Lincolnton in Lincolnton, NC is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. We offer flexible options including Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions with 8-hour evening shifts.

We provide a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires, competitive pay, same-day pay options, and opportunities for growth, mentorship, and ongoing education within a supportive, team-focused environment.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program.
• Current and active North Carolina LPN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely within LPN scope.
• Monitor residents and communicate changes to healthcare professionals.
• Document health information and assist with nursing assessments.
• Complete clinical documentation using EHR.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team.
• Guide and support CNAs and nursing staff as appropriate.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Promote a safe, resident-centered care environment.
