The Greens at Lincolnton in Lincolnton, NC is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN roles are available with evening shifts and 8-hour shifts.

Competenze
- Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program.
- Current North Carolina LPN license.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Long-term care or rehab experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Mansioni
- Provide high-quality nursing care per resident care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely within LPN scope.
- Monitor residents and communicate changes to healthcare team.
- Document health information and participate in care planning.
- Complete clinical documentation using EHR.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team.
