Qualifications

Graduate of an approved RN program.
Current and active North Carolina RN license.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Long-term care/geriatrics experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care per resident care plans.
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely.
Coordinate care to promote resident safety, comfort, and positive outcomes.
Document accurately using EHR and communicate with families and physicians.
