Qualifications

• 2-4 years related functional experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong written/oral communication and organizational skills required.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to hourly workforce for daily tasks and deliveries.
• Supervise scheduling of workforce and equipment; address corrective actions up to written warnings.
• Participate in hiring processes and customer meetings as necessary.
• Review truck runs for accounts, volume, costs, and private fleet utilization.
• Ensure compliance with financial, safety, and procedural policies.
• Plan fleet/warehouse usage and maintain safety and service standards.
