Job summary

NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support production and customer requirements by coordinating shipping, receiving, inventory and shipments. You will ensure accurate inventory, safe operations, and compliant documentation in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 2+ years in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must complete required hazardous materials and DOT training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movement activities to support production schedules and customer requirements.
• Oversee and process domestic and international shipments, including preparation of shipping documentation and coordination with carriers and freight providers.
• Enter inventory transactions, receipts, and shipment data into the ERP system and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and inventory audits.
• Coordinate the picking, packing, labeling, staging, and shipment of materials and finished goods.
• Support receiving operations, including material inspections, inventory verification, and movement of materials between facilities and warehouse locations.
• Train employees on logistics procedures, equipment operation, safety requirements, and standard operating procedures.
• Enforce safety requirements and ensure compliance with applicable OSHA, DOT, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
• Assist with resolving shipping discrepancies, inventory issues, and logistics-related operational challenges.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives designed to improve logistics performance, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as authorized and certified.
