Job summary

NorthStar Medical Radioisotopes in Beloit is seeking an inventory specialist to manage storage, material picking, and ERP-based transactions. You will follow GMP procedures, assist with cycle counts, and support production and development projects in a fast-growing radiopharmaceutical setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and experience in warehousing or related areas. Training on aseptic techniques and adherence to quality documentation is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in warehousing, inventory control, cycle counting, work order kitting, or general assembly preferred.
• Must be able to follow GMP controlled documentation and manufacturing work instructions.
• Ability to enter transactions into ERP system; barcode scanners may be used.

Responsibilities

• Identify, store, and control inventory at the Beloit campus.
• Pick materials accurately to support manufacturing work orders and production activities.
• Perform simple assembly operations using aseptic techniques and GMP documentation.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure parts meet standards.
• Enter inventory transactions into the ERP system and assist with audits.
• Conduct cycle counts for monthly and annual audits.
• Participate in engineering and pilot runs and provide feedback for efficiency.
