Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Cincinnati is seeking a Logistics Support Supervisor to oversee a high-volume logistics support service center shift. You will supervise 2+ Team Leads and 80+ agents, manage live queues, and drive real-time staffing decisions to meet service levels.

You will partner with Sales, Quality, Training, and Leadership to standardize best practices, develop high-potential staff, and execute scalable process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced customer service industry.
• Ability to work 5:00pm - 1:00am.
• Proven experience managing front-line leaders or large teams preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the department's operational performance across multi-team queues and adjust staffing to meet service goals.
• Coach and develop Team Leads to drive frontline accountability and skill growth.
• Analyze metrics (QA, productivity, abandon rates, service levels) and implement improvements.
• Approve hires, terminations, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Quality, Training, and Exec Leadership to optimize workflows.
• Plan shift capacity, forecast volumes, and submit headcount recommendations.
• Coordinate with IT during major outages to restore stability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics regulations.
