Qualifications

Experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, fleet tracking, or related customer service.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Multitask across phone calls, emails, GPS tracking, and dispatch systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with dispatch/fleet software is a plus.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be flexible to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

Track delivery drivers and routes in real time using GPS and dispatching systems.
Communicate with drivers and assist with issues or delays.
Provide customers with accurate delivery updates and ETAs.
Answer calls and emails from drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Troubleshoot route issues and maintain driver/route documentation.
Ensure routes are completed and drivers return safely.
