Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Davie, FL is seeking a Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to support a fast-paced morning dispatch environment, Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

As part of the team, you will tag and process returned products, assist management with dispatch photos, monitor driver progress, and maintain clear communication with drivers and customers. Candidates should have basic computer skills, strong organization and communication abilities,

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Dispatch, transportation, logistics, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Tag and process returned products each morning as drivers offload.
• Assist management during morning dispatch, including taking and reviewing dispatch photos to verify drivers are properly dispatched.
• Monitor driver progress throughout the day to ensure routes meet scheduled delivery windows.
• Communicate with drivers, on-site customers, and management on service updates, delays, or issues.
• Print return paperwork and provide general dispatch and logistics support as needed.
