Qualifications

• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets in creating pivot tables, develop charts, and complex formulas.
• A valid Class C license required.

Responsibilities

• Adjust delivery routes for timely, efficient deliveries within the state load limit guidelines.
• Maintain customer files to achieve effective, cost-saving deliveries.
• Communicate with sales teams to ensure product delivery.
• Utilize Road/Net reporting to promote delivery efficiencies and cost savings.
• Keep an updated working status on Mobile/Cast equipment.
• Monitor Mobile/Cast to ensure proper use and routes.
• Report any truck changes due to mechanical issues to Transportation Manager and night crew.
• Submit case deliveries by driver to payroll software.
• Keep track of driver shortages.
• Verify all CSR timesheets for completion.
• Report safety hazards, injuries, or unsafe conditions to managers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
