North West Labs is seeking a Logistic Coordinator to manage transportation, storage, and delivery of resources to meet customer and project needs. The role includes coordinating carrier personnel, supporting the executive team, and maintaining records.

The position requires proficiency in Word/Excel, strong organization, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment. Evening shift 6PM-2AM, Monday through Friday, with potential travel for pickups.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Routing and scheduling of carrier personnel.
• Provide support to Business Executive team.
• Processing new account information.
• Manage data base and spreadsheets for material requirements.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships with outside sales team.
• Respond to customer supply inquiries.
• Order supplies as requested.
• May require some travel when needed for supply or specimen pick-ups.
• Maintain a steady flow of communication.
• Maintain proper filing and record procedures.
• Maintain positive work ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
