Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is seeking a Business Support II, Customer Logistics to ensure efficient flow of orders in a high-volume distribution center. The role interacts with carriers, the Shipping Office and warehouse staff to optimize order movement and customer service.

Responsibilities include processing orders in SAP, allocating in WMS, scheduling carrier appointments, generating bills of lading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of related experience, or 2 years of post-secondary education in related discipline with 1 year of related experience.
• Experience in a high-volume distribution environment preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP, WMS and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture within the area of responsibility.
• Process order picks in SAP and allocate orders in WMS in a timely fashion.
• Coordinate carrier appointments using Blue Jay and update WMS/SAP as needed.
• Manage the customer service window with multiple carriers and issue resolution.
• Print bills of lading and process shipping documents with detailed records.
