Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is seeking a Customer Logistics Admin for the DC afternoons shift at our Fostoria, OH distribution center. The role supports order flow, carrier coordination, and documentation in SAP and WMS to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organization, and computer skills, with experience in high-volume distribution and a safety-conscious mindset. Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm, on-site role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED and/or equivalent & 3 years of related experience or 2 years of post-secondary education with 1 year related experience.
• Associate degree or vocational certificate preferred.
• 1-3 years proven experience in a high-volume distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and awareness in their area of responsibility.
• Process order pick lists in SAP.
• Allocate orders in WMS in a timely fashion.
• Allocate and sort orders based on customer and carrier requirements.
• Identify product issues and communicate to Inventory Control.
• Resolve substitutions and order cut issues with Inventory Control and planners.
• Print bills of lading.
• Coordinate carrier appointments using Blue Jay and update WMS/SAP as necessary.
• Manage the customer service window and order load assignments.
• Coordinate rush orders with Corporate customer service and warehouse staff.
• Resolve transportation issues with carriers and Transportation department.
• Bill orders daily upon shipment verification.
• Process shipping documents and maintain detailed records.
