You will guide the team, partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to ensure exceptional service and strong end-to-end execution. This role emphasizes OTIF and order accuracy, with a focus on continuous improvement, SAP S/4HANA optimization, and effective escalation management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer service, order management, or supply chain.
• 3+ years in people leadership.
• Experience across domestic and international operations.
• Equivalent combinations of education and directly relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the domestic and international customer service team with clear expectations and succession planning.
• Oversee end-to-end customer order management, including entry, changes, cancellations, availability, credit, and invoicing support.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues, service failures, and supply chain disruptions with timely communication and resolution.
• Own customer service performance by monitoring OTIF, order accuracy, backorders, and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement across order-to-cash by standardizing processes and reducing errors.
